December 28: Update

Today wasn’t a bad day, but it wasn’t an amazing one.

I can tell that this virus is wearing bill down physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s certainly difficult to see him not being able to breathe on his own. It’s another thing to watch him withdraw as he tries to recover.

Because it’s important to say things out loud, here’s my good list for today:
• coffee / hot tea
• one of our girls made dinner for the fam
• another one of our girls has taken over feeding our animals + collecting our eggs since Bill can’t
• there’s been lots of crafting & creating

Would love for you to pray that:
• Bill’s body would continue to kick the virus out & his immune system would get stronger.
• Bill’s thoughts would stay hopeful + positive.
• the girls & I would remain healthy {so far, so good}.

Life can hold both joy + sorrow at the same. I didn’t want to wake up this morning to face our current reality. Yet – i’m so thankful for the chance to go through the hard in order to fully experience the good. Thanks so much for walking with us…
